Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated October 20, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how VANTRUM handles information when you visit vantrum.com, contact the team, use website features, or receive services.

Information you provide

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and a description of what you would like to build or improve. Company, budget range, and timeline are optional. If you contact VANTRUM through website chat or an appointment booking feature, we may receive the messages and contact or appointment details you choose to submit there.

If you post a comment on the website, VANTRUM receives the comment and the information you submit with it. Your comment and any name you choose to display may be visible to other visitors. Comment information may be used to display, manage, and moderate comments and to help prevent abuse.

If VANTRUM asks you to provide files through a website upload feature for requested client work, VANTRUM receives the files and information contained in them. We use them to review, create, revise, and manage the work you requested. Please provide only files you are authorized to share and avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for the work.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the project form, comments, chat, booking, or upload features unless it is necessary for your request and VANTRUM has agreed to receive it.

Information collected through the website

When you visit the site, the site and its service providers may receive technical and usage information such as your browser and device details, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the site. VANTRUM uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for site functions, preferences, measurement, or advertising, depending on the site’s configuration and your choices.

The site provides cookie preference controls with categories for necessary, functional, analytics, performance, and advertising technologies. You can review the choices available there. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies; some site functions may then work differently.

The project inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated submissions and prevent abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information about the browser, device, and interaction with the verification feature for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for more information.

How we use information

VANTRUM may use information to:

  • review and respond to project inquiries, chat messages, and booking requests;
  • communicate about a requested conversation or service;
  • operate, maintain, and secure the website and its forms;
  • understand and improve the website where the relevant measurement tools are enabled; and
  • meet legal obligations and address disputes or misuse.

How information is handled and shared

The project form is built with WordPress and Elementor. Submitted form entries are stored in the website’s WordPress database and are also sent to the VANTRUM team inbox through SMTP2GO. Website chat and appointment booking are provided through LeadConnector. If you use those features, the information you enter may be processed by LeadConnector to provide the feature and made available to VANTRUM for the purpose you requested. Files you provide for client work may be handled by service providers needed to store, transfer, or work with those files.

VANTRUM may also allow service providers to handle information when they provide website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, chat, booking, or other website services. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. VANTRUM may disclose information where required by law or to protect the site, its users, or VANTRUM’s rights.

Retention and security

VANTRUM keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide a requested service, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Form entries, email, chat, booking details, comments, and uploaded files may be held in different systems.

VANTRUM uses measures intended to protect information. No website, email, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can use the site’s cookie preference controls to manage the choices they offer. You may also contact VANTRUM to ask about information connected to your inquiry, or to request access, correction, or deletion. VANTRUM will review and respond to requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or retain some records where required or permitted.

To make a privacy request, use the VANTRUM project inquiry form and include “Privacy request” in your message. Do not include sensitive account credentials or identity documents in the form.

Inquiries through Facebook or Instagram

If you submit a VANTRUM inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram form, VANTRUM receives the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, business name, service area, role, and a description of what you would like to improve. VANTRUM uses that information to review and respond to your inquiry. Meta also processes information under its own privacy terms.

Changes to this policy

VANTRUM may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The date at the top of the published policy will show when it was last updated.
